Bestech is a Gurugram-based developer, and much of its residential work in the city carries the Park View name. It also has projects in Mohali. What makes it interesting on this corridor is simple: everything it has here is already built.

Park View Sanskriti in Sector 92 starts at ₹1.90 Cr, and Altura in Sector 79, on the NH-48 side, has 3 and 4 BHKs from around ₹2.98 Cr.
Because these are resale homes, the builder's construction record matters less than the specific unit and how the society is being run. Visit at different times of the day. Ask about monthly maintenance, pending dues and parking. And go through the title chain and original allotment papers carefully, or have a lawyer do it.
For families who don't want to wait years for possession, or pay rent alongside an EMI, Bestech's ready stock deserves a look next to the newer launches nearby. Just compare carpet areas, not only the headline sizes.
