Who we are

This website is operated by Ikonic Property Consultants LLP (HRERA agent registration no. HRERA/PKL/REA/2348/2023). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to submit through our enquiry forms: your name, mobile number (with country code) and email address, and — if you provide them — the project you are interested in, preferred site-visit date and time, budget, configuration, buying timeline, purpose and any message. We also record the page the form was submitted from and the time of submission. We do not create user accounts and we never collect payment or card details on this website.

Comments on updates

If you comment on one of our update posts, we ask for your name, email address and mobile number. Only your name, your comment and the date are published; your email, mobile number and IP address are kept private and used only to moderate comments, prevent spam and, if needed, contact you about your comment. Comments are plain text and are checked before they appear. You can ask us to remove a comment at any time.

Views and likes

Update posts show how many times they have been viewed and liked. To count each visitor once, we store a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address and browser type — it cannot be turned back into your IP address and is not linked to your name or contact details.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry: to call, SMS, WhatsApp or email you about the projects you asked about, share price lists and floor plans, and arrange site visits. By submitting a form you consent to being contacted for this purpose even if your number is registered on the DND/NDNC registry.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your name and contact details with the developer of the project you enquired about, or with our own advisors, solely to process your enquiry or site visit. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store small preferences (for example, that you have already closed a pop-up) in local/session storage on your own device; these are not sent to us.

The projects map is served from this website (map data © OpenStreetMap contributors); some location embeds are loaded from Google Maps, and videos from YouTube; these services receive your IP address when they load and are subject to their own privacy policies. YouTube videos load only when you press play.

Data stored in your browser

To make the site work, your browser keeps a few small items locally on your device: your shortlist and compare list, the posts you have liked, and your best score in the price challenge. They never leave your device unless you send an enquiry, and you can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to assist you with your property search and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time — call or WhatsApp us and we will act on it promptly.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults looking to buy property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
