This is the earliest-developed part of the expressway, with more delivered homes and a settled, lived-in feel. Families who don't want to live on a construction site usually like this stretch. As the crow flies, Global City is about 2 km away and Gurugram University roughly 4 km — real drive times depend on the route and the hour.
