This sector belongs to New Gurgaon, the planned belt of sectors between NH-48 and the southern end of Dwarka Expressway, where much of the city's mid-segment housing has come up. It tends to offer more space for the money than the expressway itself. To give you a sense of place: Gurugram University is roughly 6 km away in a straight line, and Medanta – The Medicity about 11 km.
