Eldeco Group Projects
North Indian developer with two large-format, low-density projects in Sector 80.
About Eldeco Group
Eldeco built most of its reputation in Lucknow and other parts of North India, and its Gurugram projects are a fairly recent move. Both listed projects sit in Sector 80, and both lean towards bigger homes. Eldeco Fairway Reserve is under construction on 8.34 acres, with 3 BHK, 4 BHK and 4 BHK plus servant room options from 2,200 to 3,600 sq.ft, starting around ₹3.41 Cr.
Eldeco Terra & Sol is a new launch with only two towers on 2.7 acres. Homes are 3 and 4 BHK, 2,150 to 2,450 sq.ft, from about ₹2.90 Cr, and the developer pitches every unit as a corner home with four flats to a core. If you prefer fewer neighbours and less crowding at the lifts, that format makes sense. The flip side of a small site is a smaller set of shared amenities. Check HRERA registration, the possession timeline and the payment plan for both projects.
