About Landmark Group
Landmark is a smaller developer, not to be confused with the Dubai-based retail group of the same name. Here it offers two very different products. Avana in Sector 95 is a 15-acre plotted development, still under construction, with plots from ₹1.25 Cr. It suits buyers who want to build their own home in their own time. Skyvue in Sector 103 is a new launch: two high-rise towers on about 4 acres, with 3 to 5 BHK apartments of 2,920 – 3,930 sq.ft from around ₹4.99 Cr, and private lifts.
Since Landmark doesn't have the history of the bigger brands, ask which projects it has already delivered and go and see one. For Avana, check the plot approvals, the state of roads, water and sewer lines, and the building rules on floors. For Skyvue, confirm the HRERA registration on haryanarera.gov.in and the promised possession date, and ask whether the sizes are carpet or super area.
