DLF sells 1,113 Privana South homes for Rs 7,200 crore in three days
8 January 2024 · Launch
DLF told the exchanges that Privana South in Sectors 76-77 had sold out within 72 hours of its pre-launch. The 1,113 units brought in about Rs 7,200 crore.
The 25-acre phase has seven towers of four-bedroom apartments and penthouses, within the larger 116-acre Privana development. Buyers paid a Rs 50 lakh booking amount, each buyer was limited to one unit, and NRIs made up about a quarter of the sales.
DLF had seen a similar response in March 2023, when it sold 1,137 luxury units for over Rs 8,000 crore in a short window.
What it means for buyers: this was an early sign of how strongly luxury buyers had moved to this part of Gurugram. One-unit-per-buyer rules are meant to limit speculation, but resale prices will depend on how DLF delivers on construction.
