DLF's Rs 11,000 crore Privana North sells out within a week
18 June 2025 · Launch
DLF said its Privana North launch in Sectors 76-77, reported as part of the Dwarka Expressway belt, was fully sold within a week. The sales were worth about Rs 11,000 crore.
The 17.7-acre phase has six towers of stilt plus 50 floors, which DLF calls its tallest residential buildings so far. There are 1,152 four-bedroom apartments of about 2,236 sq ft carpet area and 12 penthouses of about 4,847 sq ft.
Privana North sits within DLF's roughly 116-acre Privana township, following earlier phases Privana South and Privana West. The company said the response reflected strong demand built up by its earlier projects.
What it means for buyers: fast sell-outs mostly show strong demand in the luxury segment. They do not tell you much about the mid-market. If you are thinking of buying such units on resale later, check the transfer charges and the construction-linked payment schedule.
