Global City to get grade-separated links to four highways, says Haryana
31 July 2026 · Infrastructure
HSIIDC's Global City township is being planned with direct access to four major roads. The roughly 1,000-acre project spans Sectors 36, 36B, 37, 37A and 37B along Dwarka Expressway.
The plan calls for a grade-separated interchange and an underground link straight onto Dwarka Expressway, a new arterial road near Narsinghpur leading to NH-48, and connections to Pataudi Road and the KMP Expressway.
According to the report, work on the first phase began in 2025 with completion targeted for the end of 2026, and full build-out is expected around 2035. The state talks about investment potential of about Rs 1 lakh crore and more than five lakh jobs, and has earmarked a 6.7-acre plot for a proposed very tall mixed-use tower.
What it means for buyers: Global City is a long-term job and office hub, not a housing project you can buy into today. The job and investment numbers are official projections, and full build-out is about a decade away. Treat the jobs it might bring to nearby sectors as a possible future benefit.
